Glucose oxidase β-D-glucose oxidoreductase can only catalyze under aerobic conditions. β- D Glucose, which produces gluconic acid and hydrogen peroxide, creates an anaerobic and acidic environment in animals’ intestinal tracts and accumulates certain hydrogen peroxide, affecting the micro-ecological flora and digestive enzyme activity in the intestinal tract. It is primarily used in food preservation, flour processing, animal feeding, animal disease prevention, medical diagnosis, the beer industry, and other fields.

White to yellowish brown powder with good fluidity, 90% screening rate through 40 mesh, and 10% weight loss upon drying.
